| Panel Replacement.
New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA) work trains are seen assisting with track replacement between W 8th Street and Ocean Parkway Stations on the BMT Brighton Line. Tracks are removed and installed in panels, with one of the cranes seen here removing the old panels from the structure and the other lifting new ones onto the structure. The trains also include crane cars, which are used to move the track panels from the crane pick area to the installation site and vice versa. |
