| Re 450 # 059 of the SBB, in front of the doubledeck push-pull train DPZ+ 20556 of the line S25 from Linthal via Glarus-Ziegelbrücke to Zürich, between Richterswil and Wädenswil, is fitted with a obstacle detecting system. Starting on August 8, 2025, SBB is testing an obstacle detection system in the Zurich area in collaboration with Siemens Mobility. The aim is to support train drivers in their work in the future and further increase safety in rail operations. The test will be conducted over a period of one year on a DPZ+ train operated by Zurich S-Bahn. |
