A brand new U.S. Army switcher sits alongside the BNSF's Marshall Subdivision in Granite Falls, MN. SpecSys, Inc. manufactured it in their Granite Falls plant and delivered it here from just a few blocks away by truck. They've done a lot of industrial welding and fabrication, including railroad maintenance of way machinery, but I believe this is the first locomotive they've built.
