| The 2nd section of the Des Moines to Proviso manifest drops downgrade into DeWitt on the East Iowa Sub. The train is roughly 20 miles from the crew change at Clinton. The CNW 8547 became the CN 2130 after the UP renumbered it to the UP 9095.
