Joining 911s. CSXT 911 "Spirit Of Our First Responders" (ES44AH) and Norfolk Southern 911 "Honoring First Responders" (SD60E) were brought together on June 21, 2019 for the "Fire Truck Festival" at the N.C. Transportation Museum in Spencer, North Carolina. Both units honor First Responders, with logos for Police, Fire, and EMS workers. On the rear of the CSX unit is a graphic with the American Flag featuring the words "Never Forget" and a listing of the sites of the 9/11/01 attacks. This event was held shortly after the CSXT 911 was released by the railroad, and to date is the only time that both locomotives have been staged together.
