Amtrak released its very first Phase 7 P42 early this morning. It made its maiden run from Beech Grove, Indiana, today, January 29th, on the Northbound Cardinal. Here it is yarding its train at Amtrak 18th St Yard in downtown Chicago. I was conveniently heading toward NWI when the first person spotted in heading North through Lafayette.
