Dagsboro Materials is one of Delmarva Peninsula’s largest construction aggregate distribution facilities. Portions of three states reside on this peninsula between the Cheasapeake and Delaware Bays, and that is where it gets its name: Delaware (Del), Maryland (Mar), and Virginia (Va) - Del-mar-va. This locomotive has been working here at the property since 2017 or 2018. When resting the locomotive is parked out front near Thorosgoods Rd. adjacent to the Indian River Secondary. Late day sunshine affords this short hood vantage of the locomotive.
