The IR13 ALPENRHEIN EXPRESS, newly introduced in December 2024, is normally operated by a “Traverso” RABe 526 from Südostbahn. Exceptionally, two “Flirt” RABe 526 # 052 and # 010 (Flirt 3) are traveling in multiple control with the IR 2209 from St. Gallen to Chur, between Sevelen and Trübbach.
