Remarks & Notes
Follow Me! Pittsburgh Railways Co. low-floor trolley 4398 is seen at the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum, decked out in red, white and blue bunting. The car is one of more than 1,000 built for Pittsburgh from 1910-1926 - 4398 specifically being built by the St. Louis Car Co. in 1917 - and one of only two to remain. The car lasted in service until 1952 before being removed from regular service and held for emergencies. By 1956 the car was fully retired and acquired by the museum.
