"Phase 7 @ the Birthplace of Vermont"

On April 14th, 2024, Amtrak P42DC #125, painted in Phase VII, leads southbound Vermonter Train 57 past the former station house at Windsor, Vermont on the New England Central Railroad’s Roxbury Subdivision.
