Fourcylinder compound cogwheel steamlocomotive HG 4/4 # 704 of the Dampfbahn Furka Bergstrecke (DFB) on the turntable in Realp DFB, running backwards into the shed track 87. The 0-8-0 T was built by SLM in 1923 for Indochina, toaday Vietnam, and brought back more or less as scrap to Switzerland in 1990 for service on the Furka mountain line. Completely rebuilt as new by the Uzwil works of the DFB. This photo shows that the cladding on the steam dome is missing. It was removed for work during the winter and will be put back on soon.
