| St. Maries River Railroad, STMA 101 & 103 crossing the Lake Benewah Bridge near Ramsdell, ID with a train of 15 carloads of finished lumber and plywood on August 2, 2019. The carloads were 10 cars of finished lumber and 5 carloads of plywood. STMA 101 and 103 are both rebuilt GP9's that were rebuilt by MK of Boise in 1981. The 2 GP9's were built for the Milwaukee Road as the 292 & 322 in 1959. The Benewah Bridge is on a 1% grade starting in the middle of the bridge. |
