Lately these runs have been operating with these older EMDs, but as the Gevos start returning from Mexico, they may soon find themselves bumped off these runs in favor of the returning GEs.
Sadly after arriving back home on Friday however, I was informed that the engineer on this train had passed away overnight. Godspeed and clear signals sir, you have been relieved.
