To celebrate 150 years of the Nationalbahn, founded in 1875 and bankrupt a few years later already, there was a large railway event held in Etzwilen this day. 2-6-2 T steamlocomotive Eb 3/5 # 9 of the Dampfbahnverein Zürcher Oberland (DVZO) came from Bauma via Winterthur to Etzwilen and pulled steamtrains to Singen and back.
