If you ever spent any time on the FEC discussion groups over the years, you'll remember a fellow named Larry Schott "FEC425", he always ribbed us for spending so much time at "that dang bridge", so today on 4-25, this one's for him. Also on those groups, at least one individual currently swears "power doesn't matter"....WELL, three different paint schemes on three EMD, yeah...it kinda' does. "GO TIME!" as they say around the globe. #204 remains a constant source of entertainment for fans and employees alike. Local 905 was waiting for this one at Magnolia and called out, "Is there anyone at the curve?"....to which the response was, "We have 430 leading. So, yeah." 430 led counterpart #103 a couple days earlier and, by the tone of the discussion that continued, wasn't originally planned for #204 today, but a derailment in Fort Pierce Yard necessitated it. "Could have been worse, could have been one of those ratty ones. Or an 800." Indeed. There's always a rotation pattern for 103/204...until there isn't. In any event, my first time shooting it leading a long-distance mainline revenue train.
