On a gloomy March 20th, 2025 afternoon, Connecticut Southern Railroad CSO-4, with OHCR GE B39-8E #8530 in the lead, passes a Loram RGS Specialty Rail Grinder sitting on the Russo Salt track just north of Midland Interlocking in Hartford, Connecticut on the MRS (Hartford) Line.
