R&L Development acts as the onsite railroad for the Conemaugh Generating Station in New Florance, PA. They use a trio of locomotives, one being this former DMIR SD9 turned SD-M. After mechanical issues, it awaiting rescue as NS 63V passes on the Sandhallow Extension.
