VIA 15 is almost 23 hours+ late because of heavy snowstorm near Rimouski, Quebec. A pair of CN's 6 axles came to rescue the train, and they put a P42DC on the lead from Quebec City to Montreal. Here, the train is rolling back to the Central Station on a snowy morning.
