City Of Destiny. On the night of August 30, 2008, Sounder SDRX 902 (F59PHI) was sitting in the Tacoma, Washington station awaiting the morning call to service. This unit was temporarily wrapped in a special scheme proclaiming the motto "Tacoma: City Of Destiny", but has since seen another wrap and was later returned its original paint scheme.
