It's 18 degrees as Norfolk Southern Train 11V rolls through Lilly, PA on the NS Pittsburgh Line. The lead unit was a dash 9 which is a nice sight. The opportunities to see them unconverted are waning. Many have already been converted, such as the trailing unit.
