US Sugar Corporation (USSC) 312 brings an excursion train back into Clewiston, Florida after the USSC 148 lead oassengers out into the sugar cane fields of Florida. Guests were treated to ice cream on board this afternoon. Former Florida East Coast Railway 148 led the train in the other direction.
USSC 312 was built in 1957 as Illinois Central EMD GP9 9331later to be rebuilt as Illinois Central Gulf (ICG) GP11 8741, to South Central Florida Express (SCFE) 9031. |
