On this day, the 2-10-0 freight steam locomotive C 5/6 # 2978 from SBB Historic carried the school train from Basel Badischer Bahnhof via the old Hauenstein line to Olten. Here the locomotive, built in 1917 by the SLM, is entering Basel SBB coming from the freight yard. Later she ran tender first to Basel Badischer Bahnhof for pulling the school train.
