Remarks & Notes

SCFE Cane 2 crossing over an irrigation canal, pulling 20 empties bound for the Miami Locks loadout. Of note on Cane 2 this day was the classic power lashup, USSC 303, a 1958 built “Paducah rebuild” GP11 leading, and HLCX 6341 trailing, a 1966 built SD40R, still in the SP scheme in 2024.
