At Union Pacific’s Downing B. Jenks Shop at North Little Rock, Arkansas, A welder from the boiler shop (boilermaker by trade) carefully repairs a locomotive snow plow on May 19, 2015. In the background UP EMD SD40-2 No. 3071 is in the middle of a transformation into a rebuilt SD40N.
