Sidelined. New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA) R38 no. 4029 (St. Louis Car Co., 1966-1967) is seen on the end of a NY Transit Museum train laid up between Ocean Pkwy and Brighton Beach Stations on the BMT Brighton Line, while R46 no. 5802 (Pullman-Standard, 1974-1975) passes with a Manhattan-bound Q train.
