West Tennessee Railroad's T94 Fulton Turn setting out the former BNSF B40-8W which was having loading issues along with other issues while building their train the crew will then take the B23-7s 3111, 4070 and will pair them with another pair of B23s on the right side of the photo in preparation for the trip north thus adding additional units in anticipation for the extra tonnage on their southbound return run from Fulton later on in the day.
