Remarks & Notes
BMT Birthday Bash. New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA) AB Standard no. 2390 (ACF, 1914-1919) is the lead motor on a mixed train of Standards and R1-9 "Arnines" seen at 18th Avenue Station on the IND Culver Line. The train had been running a special NY Transit Museum nostalgia ride celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the founding of the Brooklyn-Manhattan Transit Corporation on June 15, 1923, and at this point was preparing to head back to Coney Island Yard.
