On the day before Mother's Day, the North Alabama Railroad (NARM) on their Mercury and Chase Railroad operates a "Mother and Son" excursion train. The train is about to clear the Chase Road crossing (moving away from the photographer) and is heading to the west end of the line. Alco S-2s are on each end of the five-car train.
