| VANCOUVER WA October 4 2013 — BNSF C44-9W 4551 leads a bulk commodity train on one of the balloon tracks at Terminal 5. The Port of Vancouver built the facility as part of the West Vancouver Freight Access project. Terminal 5 occupies the former site of an aluminum plant. This area is now behind a no trespassing sign.
