| Double locomotive Ae 8/8 # 273 of the BLS, which wasn't in regular service any more, pulled a charter train of the association Eurovapor from Lyss to Domodossola through the vineyards above Lake Geneva, down the 3.8 % grade track of the former independent "Vevey-Chexbres". The train is just rolling through the only 20 meter long Salanfe tunnel. Nowadays, the Ae 8/8 # 273 is not operational historic locomotive of the BLS Stiftung in the depot of Burgdorf. |
