Almost home...... Proviso Yard is only a few miles away as CNW 5071 leads 3 UP units thru Elmhurst, IL in October of 1990. This version of CNW yellow looked OK when new, but quickly faded to a pale yellow, leading the CNW to change to the more traditional darker yellow. Also of note are the ex-CNW ore cars being used by Elmhurst Stone.
