Remarks & Notes

CSXT SD40-3 #4036 is on the lead of W999 in Laurens, South Carolina, a High & Wide train with a wind turbine from the GE plant in nearby Greenville. The locomotive was built as Louisville & Nashville #8012, a SD40-2, in 1979. She then became CSXT #8012 before being rebuilt to SD40-3 specs and given a new number.
