1th of august is Swiss National Day, the trains of the Rigibahnen are adorned with flags of Switzerland, cantons of Lucerne and Schwyz. An there is "Rigi Historic XXL Day", with most of the historic vehicles running up and down the mountain. But this is the modern Rigibahnen, with articulated cogwheel railcars Bhe 4/6 # 44 and # 43 in multiple control, running empty downhill to Vitznau as an extra to train 1122, above Rigi Staffel. Rigibahnen received 6 of these double railcars from StadlerRail in 2021. They are popularly known as "Bratwürste" due to their shape and color scheme.
