Central Warehouse. On August 30, 2021, Webb Rail LLC - WEBX's former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman obs/diner/sleeper "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007) was holding the markers on Amtrak Train 64 (Maple Leaf) as it passed by Central Warehouse in Albany, New York. This building was constructed in 1927, and served as a food storage freezer facility form the New York Central Railraod era until Conrail into the late 1980s. Recently, some debris fell from the building causing a shut down of Empire Service through this area. After assessment and stabilization, service has returned and the future of this structure is still unknown.
