| Baseball Special.
New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA) R36WF no. 9586 is seen on the south end of a NY Transit Museum special train, which shuttled passengers from Grand Central Station (the subway station) to 161st St-Yankee Stadium Station for the Yankees' Home Opener. The area was not only packed with baseball fans, but also transit buffs who came out specifically for the special run with the retired equipment - one of the first such runs since 2019! |
