Remarks & Notes

Before the Arrows Disappear: Arrow III #1315 is partially obscured by the snow as it brings up the rear of a deadheading train. With NJ Transit set to take delivery of Multilevel III electric multiple unit cars in 2023, the Arrow IIIs, there are but few opportunities left to catch a scene like this.
