Fresh after a 2 year hiatus in a storage, two of the four Iowa Interstate SD38-2 locomotives, along with a GP38, crawl over the Illinois River in Peoria with a long cut of grain & manifest traffic for Silvis. The Gevo-free consist gave off early 2000s IAIS vibes.
