On this day, a rather authentic steam passenger train of the 1920'/1930' circulated from Zürich to Göschenen and back, organized by some enthusiast of the association steam group Zürich (Verein Dampfgruppe Zürich, VDZ). Ae 6/6 # 11411 "Zug" is ready in Erstfeld to run light to Göschenen, to pull the steamtrain through the 15 kilometer long Gotthard tunnel to Airolo.
