| Closest thing to "fall foliage" you'll see in FL. A planned midmorning arrival became an hour before sunset after a vehicle ran into the side of the train in Dunn, NC. This forced them to set out the second unit with damage. For a while it seemed like they were annulling this run, but the train kept a' rollin'....they detrained passengers & recrewed at the Amtrak platform then yarded in West Jax to clean up before deadheading to Waycross. |
