Remarks & Notes
An Amtrak "San Diegan" 778 makes a stop in Fullerton, California, in the early 1970s. In the early days of Amtrak, this train was powered by Santa Fe F-units until Amtrak could take delivery of their new locomotives, SDP40Fs. AT&SF F7A 300L and an B-unit are pulling this train, which consists of "heritage" equipment, including former Santa Fe hi-level coaches.
