circa 2014 At the dawning light on this brisk early spring morning the 5,311ft in length CSX Q144-03 (Memphis,TN/UP-Atlanta,GA) is coasting down the single main track just on the outskirts of Wauhatchie Yard completing the second short segment of it's journey to Atlanta. The inbound crew will bring the train to a safe stop and, will swap outwith the outbound crew so the double stack can continue for it's final leg of it's journey to Husley Yard. UP 7313 was at one time the monster of locomotive technology. The Union Pacific along with CSX had specially order a limited number of the big AC6000 locomotives in the late 90s early 2000s. 7313 like its sister on the UP along with all the 600, and few CW60 5000 series on CSX is just an outer shell of itself as both railroad de-rated the massive locomotive to an AC4400.
