Amtrak 145 (P42DC) was painted to represent the heritage of Amtrak's Phase III for its 40th Anniversary, and was an appropriate leader for Train 43 (Pennsylvanian) on its 50th Anniversary on May 1, 2021, as seen at the former Pennsylvania Railroad tower "HUNT" in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania.
