Helm Leasing Corp. (HLCX) EMD GP38-2 No. 3849 has a pair of machinists replacing a power assembly in the unit at Union Pacific’s Kansas City Locomotive Facility on October 22, 2013. An overhead crane equipped with a specialized jig attachment provides the correct angle for the installation.
