LSI 3002 sets out a cut of ore jimmies at Partridge Siding in July of 1990. The CNW would pick up the cars for the trip to Escanaba. The U-Boats had recently replaced the Alco's on the LS&I, and although 3002 would be scrapped in 2008, a few of the units still see service over 30 years later.
