Why all the fanfare? WSOR 35th Anniversary unit 3928 gets ready to depart Plymouth, WI as it makes the first run of train L243 over the recently rehabbed line to Sheboygan Falls on an absolutely gorgeous November day. Railfans, dignitaries, and residents were all out to mark the occasion. This was part of an original C&NW line from Sheboygan to Fond Du Lac that had been out of service for almost 30 years!
