Last of the RoadRailers: NS 256 charges past Lafayette Junction on the NS Lafayette District, this train, and it’s southbound counterpart (257) are the last of the ‘roadrailer’ trains operating anywhere in North America, and with the ever continuing changes of NS, it’s almost certain these unique trains won’t last for much longer (2/13/21).
