| In the golden light of the fast falling sun, a short Sunday freight clatters past the historic red clock tower and refurbished former B&A passenger station(now a bank) after meeting eastbound Amtrak 448 on a frigid afternoon. Saying a sad goodbye of 30 years plus of railfanning on the old west end of the Boston Line. Goes out on a high point with a “bright future” leader. |
