| The RC operator stands on the front porch of GP23ECO BRC 230 as he works a pull down job at the Belt Railway of Chicago's Clearing Yard in Chicago, Illinois. BRC 230 was originally built as a GP40 for the Baltimore & Ohio Railway in 1971. |
