Remarks & Notes
A set of SEPTA's Silverliner IV commuter cars come to a stop at Merion Station roughly 7 miles west of Center City Philadelphia. The inbound station was built in 1914, rebuilt in 1995,and received additional renovations in late 2007. It is designated historic building owned by Amtrak, operated by SEPTA. To the right is the original PRR station built in 1864, along with the surviving freight house in the center of the photo.
