N&W 611 pulls onto the former Virginian main at Hurt. She's operating as NS 957 with a short mixed freight on a ferry run to Roanoke in preparation of the 4th of July 2015 weekend trips. Everything behind the tool car is still coming off the Hurt Connection, between the former SOU and VGN mains.
